I Believe in “CAPSTONE”

I believe in Capstone and I believe in the foundation stone.  I believe that Jesus Christ, the Alpha and Omega is the Rock, the Cornerstone and the Capstone.

As a Civil Engineer and a Building Contractor I will like to state categorically one of my sayings:  “The depth and quality of your Substructure determines the height of your Superstructure”.

Jesus as your Foundation Stone or Cornerstone is the absolute condition for Him to be your Capstone.

“You will never know who you are, until you know who God Is”

Jesus Our Foundation Stone and Capstone

According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise

masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But

let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. For other foundation

can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. (I Corinthians 3:10-11)

As an Engineer, involved in construction, the importance of a foundation as a prerequisite cannot be overstated.  The above scripture 1 Cor. 3:10-11 is our theme verse and memory scripture.

It is thus obvious to every right thinking person to first lay a proper foundation (substructure) before building the superstructure and finally put on the Capstone.

I use the word proper because it is not one foundation fits all.

An uncalled for incident happened in Lagos Nigeria recently when on Sept. 12th 2014, a building belonging to T B Joshua collapsed killing many.  The building was initially a two-storey and they added four more floors according to AllAfrica.com

Foundations designed for two floors cannot  carry six floors.

Our “Christian” edifices will collapse without a sure foundation.

…Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation… (Isaiah 28:16)

For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. (I Corinthians 3:11)

Matthew 7:24-29 and  Luke 6:47-49 is the story related by Jesus, concerning building construction and its spiritual implications.

The same storm came on both buildings, one failed while the other stood firm.  The difference had to do with the foundations.

The house that withstood the storm relates to the man who:

1. Comes to Jesus.

2. Hear His sayings.

3. Does them.

Why call ye me Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? (Luke 6:46)

This question, everyone of us must respond to as we build together a sure foundation and end up in the Capstone.

Jesus Our Capstone, Foundation and Shelter from The On coming Storm

According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise

masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But

let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. For other foundation

can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. (I Corinthians 3:10-11)

And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it. Matt. 7:27

One very important point to note is that the man that dug deep, anchored on the rock and there was no dirt (man) between the foundation and the rock which is Messiah.

Those who build their foundation and sets dirt (man, prophet or denomination) between the foundation and the rock will surely meet with failure.

Why call ye me Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? (Luke 6:46)

The house that withstood the storm relates to the man who: 1. Comes to Jesus. 2. Hear His sayings and 3. Does them.

But the firm foundation laid by God stands sure and unshaken, bearing this

seal and inscription: The Lord knows those who are His and let everyone

who names himself by the name of the Lord give up all iniquity and stand

aloof from it. (II Timothy 2:19, The Amplified Bible)

Storms of life are here and more storms are coming.  We see tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other cataclysmic events to come; the way out is to dig deep and build on the rock.

Building on the hope of a rapture without anchoring on the Rock, is like someone building a third floor without a foundation and I think it is called “building castles in the air”.

For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones,

wood, hay, stubble;

Every man’s work shall be made manifest; for the day shall declare it,

because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. (I Corinthians 3:11-13)

…Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.

And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that

are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be

shaken may remain. (Hebrews 12:26-27)

There is a song that reads:

All shakeable must be shaken

All moveables must be moved

I am standing on the rock

Jesus is my rock.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. John 10:27-28

I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. John10:14

Does he really know you? Do you really know him? Do you do his sayings?

Destroyed/Faulty Foundations

I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. John10:14. Does he really know you? Do you really know him? Do you do his sayings?

If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do? Ps11:3

A friend of mine and a beloved man of God Dr. Emeka Onyegecha Ozurumba, called to teach love and implicit obedience to Yehovah was shown by God that 99% of those who go to church do not know God. I would like us to read the above statement which I am going to repeat for good measure: I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. John10:14.  Does he really know you? Do you really know him? Do you do his sayings? What did YeHoVaH say about those He does not know? Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Mat. 7:23 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. Mat.25:11,12

When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: Lk. 13:25

The man without the wedding garment, the unprofitable servant and, but more shocking is this scripture. But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Mat. 8:12 (Mat. 22:13; 25:30).

Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.Pro. 13:13

He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. Pro 29:1

But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great. Luke 6:49

Today we have faulty foundations: Marital foundation, Church foundation, family foundation to name a few. Lots of marriages are like the cartoon series Tom and Jerry. The question I would like us to consider is “Where has love gone?”. We are talking about so called “Christian marriages”. Yet each spouse would dress up on Sunday to go to church and claim to worship and those who are ministers would preach. Spouses do not want to do the word of God. They despise the word of God and do their on thing.

Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded. Pro. 13:13

Every spouse should take their God given place in marriage and be rewarded with a beautiful union.

Church foundation is faulty today.  Jesus wept over Jerusalem and today he weeps over the Church. Many are born into cult churches,(There are many Pentecostal and End-time cult Churches).  Many without intention to do the will of God go to “Feel good churches” where the pastors tickle their ears. As it was yesterday so it is today. Many Pastors of today, like the Pharisees of yesterday have no intention of entering the kingdom of God and would not like those who want to enter in, go in. You have to press in. Fire your church, fire you pastors and find your way by allowing the Holy Spirit direct you to where the uncompromising word of truth is preached. Above all take responsibility for yourself, it is your soul that is at stake. You have to know God and YeHoVaH has to know you, is true christianity and not the games we call churches today.

And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. Act. 3:23.

Are you hearing what Jesus is saying? A very common phrase today is” Our G.O said, Our Pastor or Bishop said and among End-time people ‘The prophet said’ which refers to the various prophets they follow and not Jesus. Brethren, it is better today to destroy a house built on faulty foundation than to manage it, and one day it collapses and kills you. I wish after all these years, we are now moving on to maturity, but we have to lay again the foundations.

Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. And this will we do, if God permit. Heb. 6:1-3

The Sun of Righteousness

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. Mal. 4:2 It is quite interesting today that a lot of churches and ministries are now named by the name Sun of Righteousness. Yehovah spoke to me about that name so many decades ago and long before I registered the domain name sorministries.org, I told my friends that there was no one in the world with the name. We searched the web and found none. They encouraged me to go ahead and register the name Sun of Righteousness Ministries abbreviated as sorministries. What is in a name? A name relates to nature and character of a person, church or ministry. And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Rev 3:1 A very important question for everyone, churches or ministries is this. Does your life and ministries reflect your name. Do you carry the tag Christian but you know you are dead? I would like to encourage my namesakes, as we are all called by the name of YeHoVaH to manifest His name in our lives and ministries. Are you Evangelical? Please, awaken to your name and do the works. Are you Missions? What mission are you involved in? Are you Pentecostal? Where is the Pentecostal fire as on the day of Pentecost? Are you Sun of Righteousness? Where are the healing in His wings? Have you lost sight of your name and callings? We are called to REPENTANCE least the candle stick be taken away. I pray for all Sun of Righteousness Churches or Ministries that the healing fire will begin to fall. We need the healing beams and wings today more than ever before as many are crying, praying for their healing and waiting for a deliverer.

Tears Are Liquid Prayers – Be Healed

And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, Heal her now, O God, I beseech thee.Num 12:13. After seven days she was healed of her leprosy.

I beseech thee, O LORD, remember now how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore. II Ki 20:3

Moses cried; Hezekiah cried. Tears are liquid prayers that get the attention of God. How much more will God hear us when our crying becomes a groan?

Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the LORD. II Ki 20:5

The last stanza of the old song “On the wings of a dove” declares I cried for my healing both night and day But faith wasn’t forgotten by the Father above God gave us His sign on the wings of a dove. Faith has not been done away with. Faith works and like love abides forever.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Heb 11:1-2. In Isaiah chapter 53:1 we have this question “Who hath believed our report and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed”? The report is that the price of your Redemption has been paid in full. You are debt free. Free from sin, sickness, pain and disease

Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Heb 11:3

As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. Rom 4:17

Let us with words, like paint brush begin to frame or paint the picture of what ought to be and not what is. The picture of the mountain removed and a beautiful plain in its place. Many have with masterful strokes of the tongue painted instead how big their mountains are. We are not to ask but to command the mountains to depart. David spoke to the physical mountain of Gilboa. He painted a picture of what he desired concerning the mountain because his beloved friend Jonathan and King Saul were killed there. To this day, there is no rain or dew on that mountain.

Ye mountains of Gilboa, let there be no dew, neither let there be rain, upon you, nor fields of offerings: for there the shield of the mighty is vilely cast away, the shield of Saul, as though he had not been anointed with oil. 2 Sam 1:21

Let us pray Ye mountain of ____________ (cancer: T-lymphoma, breast, colon) be plucked up by the roots, wither and die in the redemptive name Jesus (Jehovah saves, heals, delivers). Jesus is glorified in my body. Thank you Lord; for anointing me with the oil of gladness and for the Sun of Righteousness arising with healing in His wings. Amen!!!

Revival Fires – The Sun of Righteousness

There are keys to the coming great revival, and It is a revelation of Jesus Christ the Sun of Righteousness revealed and manifested in and through us in Love and Meekness.

The Key

Precisely what is the key; or rather the missing ingredient which has left many lives destitute in attaining unto the utmost of God for their lives, leaving them instead bound into lives of mediocrity?
God spoke to me in a dream recently using a very well respected and beloved man of God in Nigeria. Approaching me with intent cause, this beloved man of God spoke to me from the wells of Heaven’s wisdom. “Love and meekness are the keys,” he began. I did not need to ask the purpose of the keys; my spirit knew immediately. He continued, “Pray for Agnes.” My thoughts responded within myself that this man knows my wife’s name. “I’m not talking about your wife,” he proceeded as if having heard. “Kill anger from your life.”

Love and meekness are the Keys to the greatest revival that will soon be upon us – the great revival which will bring forth the Sons of God. Love and Meekness are very much absent in the Church today: the very keys Christ Jesus commanded us to abide in, to live and move in. God chose to use this particular man of God to speak to me in that his life is characterized by meekness; humility could well be his middle name. These are the virtues upholding him today in the face of his greatly effective ministry. He is acutely aware that in the moment he would forsake humility, God would wipe him out leaving no remembrance of him.
There is a special place in this end time drama for the meek. After the revelation, I sat down to search out the words: Meek/Meekness. Strangely enough, God sent a saintly couple that very day to visit me. They came to share the message of humility and meekness, bringing along the Strong’s Concordance and a book on synonyms. We spent hours researching the words using these tools, including the Englishman’s Dictionary. I would like to share a few of the synonyms I found very interesting and worthy of attention, as follows: Meek/Meekness: tamed, domesticated, mortify, subdued. Is it any wonder that God destroys the beast, while the meek have His Promise to inherit the earth? Satan and his cohorts are beasts. As such they are not domesticated, tamed,
or subdued. It is time we start mortifying the deeds of the flesh and humbling ourselves before God that He would exalt us in due season.
If you are looking to audition for a great role in this end time drama, it would be imperative for you to study the scriptures on meek, meekness, humble and humility. Then, ask God to clothe you with this grace. Amen. (See Appendix A for scriptures and synonyms on Meek/Meekness; Humble/Humility)

So many years ago, I came across a very good definition of love.
“Love is the giving of oneself to another for his or her own self
fulfillment. The moment you seize the other for your own self- fulfillment, you cease to love”. (Rev. Fr. Frost)

I Corinthians chapter 13 is a classic on love, as well as the mirror to look into in order to know exactly where you stand. God is Love, (1 John 4:8, 16) the Word declares. The love of God has been shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost. (Romans 5:5) We have no excuse not to love. Love and hate are emotions of choice. Therefore, chose Love.

My friend, should you have any besetting sin in your life, it is time to kill it now! We are entering an era of the fulfillment of this scripture.

He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let
him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous
still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
Rev 22:11-12
What does this scripture mean and how does this relate to us today? This scripture relates to the Day of Atonement when there can be no more forgiveness of sins. There is a 40 day period when repentance can be carried out which ends on the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur).
It is time to die daily. He that has an ear let him hear and understand this prophetic statement: “40 days to the Day of Atonement”. God is looking for a bride without spot or wrinkle. God is looking for His Agnes. God demands we pray for His Agnes “Agnes” has its origin from the Greek meaning “pure, holy, chaste; a woman who has not known the ways of the world.” Therefore, it is a commission to pray for the Bride of Christ, a Church without spot or wrinkle. The bride makes herself ready by clothing herself with love and the garment of humility. The manner in which Jesus defeated Satan never ceases to amaze one. Jesus stooped to conquer. He humbled Himself and in His humility, dethroned the god of this world. Had the prince of this world known Jesus was the Son of God come in the flesh, he would not have crucified the God of glory. Satan probably anticipated man’s deliverance to come in the form of some great military exploit matching troops with arms and fire for fire, missiles for missiles and bombs for bombs. Rather, it was in simplicity and mortification that the enemy of our souls was defeated. In humility and meekness is great victory. Let us truly learn of Him, for He is “meek and lowly of heart.” (Matthew 11:29) Praying for your enemies and those who despitefully use you is a mark of true meekness and unconditional love. Jesus Christ exemplified this on the Cross. “Father, forgive them…” Luke 23:34. So also did Stephen imitate His Savior when his own precious life was snuffed out from him with many stones. “Lord, lay not this sin to their charge.” Acts 7:60
”In the face of apparent defeat, ridicule and death comes victory.” This is a concept that cannot be comprehended by mortal man. “In humility is exaltation”. “The way up is down”. This is a law of God that will not fail. Let us walk by godly principles and live.

Let us pray:
Lord God, it is written “the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost”. (Rom 5:5) and that “God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.” ( I Jn 4:16)

O Love of God so big yet dwells within me break forth, show forth and be made manifest through me.

Father God, there are things that need to die in my life. I grant you
leave to search me and kill every such thing from my life. Clothe me O God with the Spirit of meekness and humility as a garment. Amen.
